Good day. my 3 week old baby are struggling with cramps. i have tried scopex syrup and also gripe water and telament drops. this doesnt seem to work as my baby is still crying, and also not drinking properlly due to cramps. what can i use to help.

Dietary changes: Cramps can be caused by gas stretching the stomach/intestines or by stomach spasms. Typical causes of these are food intolerance or milk intolerance. If you are breastfeeding, try to remove kale, spinach, beans, onions, garlic, peppers or spicy foods from your diet because they cause infant gas. If formula feeding, change formula to a milk free version or one that has the proteins broken down.
