I just recently had a egd procedure done ,and i was found to have the following..gastritis; reflux esophagitis with spasm; stage b, gastric ulcer,duodenum erosions...also had barium swallow.why does it feel like i have to burp always and i cant do it?

Esophageal spasm: It is likely that the esophageal spasm gives you the sensation of incomplete burping. You have significant structural and functional abnormalities if the upper gi tract and tight followup with your gastroenterologist will be critical going forward.
