21/m. used to be active. diagnosed w/ panic attacks. takes anxiety medication. heart rate seems strange. ranges 70-100 when awake, then mid 40s when asleep. brisk walk heart rate up to 160. measurements taken via apple watch. should i be worried?

See below: Your heart rate goes down in some sleep stages, and your pulse when awake, and exercise are not dangerous - I would suggest that you slowly get back to exercising - this will definitely help your anxiety, and as you get in better condition, your resting heart rate will go down - Good Luck
