Hello! i got a notification on my apple watch that my heart rate while sleeping was about 41-45 bpm. its been happening every couple of weeks. is this a cause for concern? im pretty healthy i dont work out crazy but i am active?

A low heart rate in the 40's, while sleeping, is quite common and, if one's heart rate increases normally with exertion and if one is free of symptoms, it's likely a normal variant. Let your doctor know your concern, at the time of your next check-up, and this can be confirmed.
