Don't worry: Some people have a variation in their resting heart. You were great in having it checked. Give yourself a pat on the back.

Normal heart rate: A normal heart rate is between 60 and 90 beats per minute. It can vary slightly depending upon race, gender, age, and smoking status. Degree of physical fitness is also a factor since there are plenty of people who are very physically fit with a heart rate of 50. Clinically if your resting heart pulse is over 120 or under 50 if you have any symptoms, then it would be appropriate to be seen by your doctor.

Fluctuating BPM: There are numbers of things that could cause elevated heart rate with no panic attacks. What were you doing just before you felt this? Did u smoke, drink caffeine, eat chocolate, take otc medication, disturbing/upsetting thoughts, etc. Just too many causation factors possible in the face of normal test results. Let it go and. If you can't talk about it to your dr./therapist.
