A member asked:

I find that after im really anxious my heart rate drops a little. im usually mid-60s but after an anxiety it hovers around 60. normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It’s physiologic: It’s physiologic I suspect it’s the vagus nerve which get stimulated and that usually slows the heart rate. This is normal physiology.
