LAD Dz: You have disease, you need to be on a mediterranean diet, get regular aerobic exercise at least half hour a day, take the meds you have listed, follow your drs. Advice and try to enjoy life. It is quite possible to get through the rest of your life without heart attack but you won't get a guarantee.
