Probably not thrush: Thrush on the lips? What makes you think so? Thrush means yeast infection, not just white spots -- and I've never heard of it involving the lips. It's infrequent in the mouth and throat except in people with immune deficiency or recently taking antibiotics. Best check with a health professional for advice on diagnosis and treatment. Good luck.
