I have oral thrush on my lips... but theyre also dry. is it ok if i clean then then put ointment? like if the ointment hits the oral thrush part?

Probably not thrush: Thrush on the lips? What makes you think so? Thrush means yeast infection, not just white spots -- and I've never heard of it involving the lips.
