got adhd, ptsd and bipolar, i'm also in recovery, i cannot sleep, takes me 4 hours at least to fall asleep. tried everything including zolpedium, circa, seroquel, stretching breathing, meditation, nothing helps, anxiety up bec no sleep, help please?

Sleep study: Many people automatically assume that their insomnia is due to mania/ hypomania or their PTSD? But there can be co-occuring sleep conditions. Have your spoken to a sleep medicine specialist?

Help available : You need to see a sleep medicine doctor and examine your sleep hygiene. If adhd is contributing to your adhd, treating adhd can help your sleep
