Hi im pregnant according to ultrasound im 6 weeks pregnant sac is seen but thr is no fetal.also i had spotting from 6 days doctor gave some treatment to stop this spotting and they told me to do ultrasound after 7 days i dont want to loose my baby??

Not normal,: if actually 6 weeks along. If dates are off, possibly earlier than expected, this could still be normal. Otherwise, this is not a good sign. Please discuss with your doctor, to be sure.
