Hi im pregnant according to ultrasound im 6 weeks pregnant sac is seen but thr is no fetal.Also i had spotting from 6 days doctor gave some treatment to stop this spotting and they told me to do ultrasound after 7 days i dont want to loose my baby??

Im 5wks pregnant and the doc just finally seen the sac and yolk but not the fetal pole. Is this normal or could it be a blighted ovum?
