Ulcer not likely: An ultrasound during pregnancy may discover a non cancerous growth in the wall (muscle layer called myometrium) of the uterus called a uterine fibroid. Depending on the size of the fibroid, this can occasionally cause problems during pregnancy. Discuss with your obstetrician.
