Yes: if you are having breathing issues such as shortness of breath or tightness, it can be due to post covid issues. Follow up with your dr by phone, and keep tabs on your oxygen levels using a home oximeter. If your oxygen levels drop below 93, see a Dr.

Uncertain: There are many long-lasting lung problems that can occur in individuals with COVID 19 with significant dz (such as pulmonary fibrosis). But, often those who have continued lung problems usually had severe lung issues such as Covid Pneumonia or ARDS. I was not able to find any literature referring to people who have significant issues after the fact if lungs were pristine during infection.
