Considering your age and the history you give it is unlikely that you have a chronic physical condition . It is more likely to be anxiety related. You may benefit from a session with a psychologist. Good Luck

If you only note breathing abnormalities at rest but not during physical activity it would suggest anxiety as a cause. If you're experiencing breathing difficulties with exertion, consult a pulmonologist for evaluation, testing & advice. One theory for the cause of longhaulers is the pesence of microclots in tiny blood vessels but there's not enough evidence to prescribe anticoagulants or aspirin.
