Its been 2 months since covid. didnt have breathing issues but now sometimes it feels like i need to struggle to breath. last night i woke up in a panic cause it felt like i wasnt getting any air in my lungs but now i am fine. ?

COVID 19: People who have more severe cases of COVID 19 may have residual respiratory symptoms for a prolonged period. The other issue is that this may be creating a sense of anticipatory anxiety in you. Panic or anxiety can cause you to have difficulty breathing. Let your doctor know if this continues.
