Lifestyle change: You need enough protein. Soy's an option; i hope that you have not adopted a vegan lifestyle & will at least eat eggs & dairy; despite what you may have read it will be much easier to stay well-nourished. I recommend an inexpensive vitamin-mineral supplement. Your lean muscle mass will come from hard work in the gym with peers; creatine will also help you muscle up.
