Hi fiber, fluid, pro: Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans and legumes all do it (vegan). Add low/no fat dairy, eggs (whole or no yolks) expands the intake (ovo-lacto veg.), add fish (ovo-lacto-pesce veg.) adds more variety. No fried, greasy foods; watch snacks. Fried zucchini sticks, and potato chips are vegan junk food. Avoid juice, eat the fruit or veg (get the fiber). Limit alcohol; oh yeah, move more.
