I got gastro +/- 2 weeks back - convinced it was meat i had & converted to = vegetarian. i'm o+ , are blood type diets good ? lots of tummy issues on my side too! convinced i'm gluten intolerant - tummy hurts like mad after certain foods, drink, etc.

See below: There no diets specific for different blood types.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

I believe this is in reference to the Blood Type Diet and the book called "Eat Right for Your Type" by Dr. Peter D'Adamo.
