What kind of nasal saline spray or saline wash should someone with non-allergic chronic rhinitis use on a daily basis: there are isotonic and hypertonic types. also, can flonase be used daily long term for this or is it too harsh?

Isotonic saline would be the best nose wash and you can use Flonase daily during your allergy season. It's not lake taking oral or injected steroids.
