6 months old baby that have been examine by a doctor 5 days ago had an chest infection he got antibiotics on monday, he still have his cough and have flu now aswell.. please advise?

Fever?: Please monitor the baby's temperature, feeding pattern and ensure that there is adequate urination as usual. Cool air mist, nasal saline drops may relieve congestion and cough related to post nasal drip. If the cough does not improve or worsens, please call your PCP. A Chest radiograph at that time may be ordered. If there is a fever, please follow up right away with a physician.
