Do i have pneumonia . i have sob, no fever an ear infection flu symtoms and pain when i breathe in. doc said my chest sounds fine, but can't breathe ?

It's possible: Shortness of breath and pain when you breath are concerning for a lung process that could be an infection, although you might likely have a fever, productive cough, & exam findings when examined with a stethoscope. Respiratory infections are more than likely viral but can be produce significant symptoms. Depending on severity, duration, & other symptoms, a follow-up exam/xray or 2nd op can help.
