My 10 year old currently has tonisillites and a bad ear infection. he is on anti-biotics, salterpyn for fever. flu stat for flu and accoplex for cough. since before we went to the doc he complains he has tummy aches when he eats, all over his tummy?

Hard to be specific: Tummy pain is commonly part of Strep A tonsillitis infections but this usually improves within a day/2 on antibiotics. Whether or not this is part of the issue is hard to say without seeing the kid. If he does not improve soon I would have him re-evaluated.
