I got a bad flu on 21 feb 2021. 2 doctors visits since then, 2 sets of antibiotics, cough syrups, steroid syrup, nasal spray. i am still struggling with slight breathlessness and cough. any advice on next steps?

Have you been tested for COVID? Would get test and antibody test , if that is negative as you may have had it . Also consider sinusitis. Check CXR( or CT) , pulmonary function , and get a pulmonary consult. F/U w pulmonary doctor.
