Common problem: Above age 50, ED is very common in men with Diabetes. (50-60%) The causes are complex, but involve problems with nerve, muscle, or blood vessels. There are many treatments available, (including meds and devices) but these must be coordinated with your DR, following a full workup including a heart exam and a medication review.
