I am type 1 diabetes, good blood sugar of 6.6. i have lost about 30 pounds over 17 years. from about 205 to 178 . is this normal

Expected: If you have good control of your blood sugar, following a proper diet and medication plan, also exercising regularly . Remember the ABC of diabetes control to avoid diabetic complications: A, HbA1C should be kept below 7, B: maintain a normal blood pressure, and C: keep cholesterol and lipid profile within normal range.
