Probably not: Low, assuming you mean low normal, blood sugars are good . Even if they go a little lower unless you have a physical problem causing them to drop down, won't harm you. Diabetes later on comes when your cells no longer know how to use Insulin that you body makes. It would be the opposite problem of a low blood sugar.
