Exercise regulary: I applaud you for wanting to stay young and healthy. Regular aerobic exercise, coupled with light resistive training, will help you stay in shape. I would recommend a program of daily aerobic conditioning (30-45 minutes) and every other day muscle conditioning. If you are unsure, a visit with a physical therapist can be very helpful.
