Panicky and anxious out of the blue lately. i always know when attacks are coming because my breathing gets thrown off. once i focus on something neutral im fine. im wondering if covid-19 fears are subconsciously doing this to me.

Possible: very common these days. You got your answer, try and focus on positive things, exercise, read, watch nice movies, interact with family don't focus on negative.
