Blocked nose: I would start with nasal irrigation using clean warm salt water. If blocked nasal passages persist, a decongestant nasal spray or oral decongestant medication recommended by your pharmacist may help. The next step would be a trial of a prescription corticosteroid nasal spray if your MD or Otolaryngologist agree.
