I am recovered from covid a week or so ago. after coming home from a hard day of work, i felt really exhausted, and this fear and feeling of what if i stop breathing etc. it was scary and thought i was not going to make it etc.post covid i dont like?

Post COVID: After a COVID 19 infection it may take weeks to recover. Fatigue is a common feature of the illness and recovery. Watch for signs of cough, fever and shortness of breath. Have a flu vaccine, rest and drink fluids.

You made it!: These are scary times and you're one of the survivors, not recovered yet but you are recovering with the worst behind you. The mind can only stop your breathing as long as you can hold your breath. If the virus was going to stop your breathing it would have already but only with plenty of warning. Give yourself a few weeks. You've got a whole lifetime to work hard. You'll be OK
