Dental visit best: Many dental offices are closed except for emergencies due to COVID 19 but severe pain from a broken tooth is an emergency so call a dentist for definitive treatment. In the meantime try oragel (benzocaine) topically (might help), ice packs, & Tylenol, & your obstetrician might prescribe a stronger oral pain medication (call them) if you cannot see dentist right away.

Call your dentist: Just because you are pregnant does not mean you cant have necessary dental care, especially emergency care. Your dentist will consult with your OBGYN if needed. Failure to treat can result more pain and even an infection. You probably can't wait until after you give birth, and you don't have to.

Broken tooth: Please call your Dentist immediately. A broken tooth may mean an infected tooth, which is not good for either you or your baby. Dentists are seeing patients with emergency problems, and you fall into that category. Until you get to theDentist you can probably take Tylenol (check with your OB) by following package directions to the letter, don't take too many.
