Is it necessary ?: In other words, are you in pain, are you swollen, or is this an elective procedure? How difficult are they going to be to extract... Are they impacted? These questions need to be addressed before you receive an answer that makes sense for you. Your best bet is to consult with a local oral surgeon.

Yes however...: If they are not infected and painful, then it is best to wait until some time postpartum. If they are infected/abscessed/causing chronic pain then removing only the ones that are of issue with local anesthesia would be advised (best in second trimester too but sometimes the situation arises outside of second trimester) and having the remaining out postpartum. See an oral & maxillofacial surgeon.

Yes, but: Yes, but better to wait til post partum. If infected and no response to antibiotic, can be safely removed. For best results with wisdom teeth, make sure you are evaluated and treated by a board certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon.
