Consult your OB: It is probably best to have your ob/gyn doc involved in this discussion. I would probably recommend you postpone the oral surgery until the baby is born just so there are no adverse effects from the general anesthesia during the oral surgery.

Yes, if necessary.: Pregnant women (and their babies) can do fine during anesthesia. The anesthesiologist will take your special circumstances into consideration. With that said, i would not recommend general anesthesia unless the procedure was absolutely necessary. If it is necessary, most people would wait until the end of the 1st trimester. I wold think teeth extraction should wait until the baby is here.

Preferably not: If possible wait till after your pregnancy is over and if the extractions are necessary before then it should be ok to use local anesthesia . Either way, you shouldi consult with your ob/gyn.
