Speak with ob-gyn: See your dentist and confer with your ob-gyn. Most dental work is usually approved by your ob-gyn in the second trimester with nominal double shielded radiographs and the use of carbocaine only.

See a dentist ASAP: Dental care, wisdom teeth removal and dental anesthesia is safe and essential during pregnancy. Pregnancy is not a reason to defer routine dental care or treatment. Good luck!

Safest: Safest thing to do is see your Dentist. If infected immediate treatment is required to assure your health and your child's safety.
