How have babies been catching coronavirus if they're newborns? can it be transmitted during natural birth?

Newborn: https://obgyn.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1002/ijgo.13146 Recent OB article finds atleast no evidence to suggest that delivery or method causes transfer of virus. Yes newborns do get disease and likely from transfer from staff, family etc. However, no significant problems from the virus.
