Exercise: Regular exercise when you are pregnant has been shown to decrease the length of your labor and the amount of pain women experience during labor. Having said that, there is always the size of baby's head and the size of a woman's pelvis.... And those 2 factors matter a lot when it comes time to delivery. Not much you can do to alter either or those though. Good luck!
