Didelphys uterus, can it attach to the colon? this was seen during my endometriosis resection operation

Separate conditions: These are 2 separate conditions. Didelphys uterus is a condition you are born with and does attach to your bowel. Endometriosis is acquired ( we are not sure of the exact cause). It can cause adhesions so the uterus can attach to the colon.
