I am 7 weeks pregnant did blod tests to detect if the pregnancy was still there as the gynea was not able to see the baby clearly with the vaginalsonar & the size of bbyreduced. the tests came back the levels are high but pregnancy can't be detected?

Seek follow ups ASAP: A diagnosis of "early pregnancy of unknown location" requires careful follow ups (serial blood betaHCG levels and pelvic sonograms by certified sonographers) as well as a knowledgeable gynecologist who can correlate your findings on these tests in order to arrive at an accurate determination of where your pregnancy is and counsel you accordingly. Ectopic pregnancy should be ruled out ASAP.
