Why does the u.s. have such a high infant mortality rate? do we have fewer doctors who specialize in pregnancy?

Prematurity: We have a higher infant mortality rate than many of the other developed countries. This is multifactorial, one of the biggest reasons is higher rate of teen pregnancy and more premature births.
