As soon as aware: The sooner, the better, so that trimester appropriate tests can be performed. Start prenatal vitamin with folic acid. Congratulations!

Agree with Dr. P: Ideally you should see your doctor when you decide to get pregnant so that your doctor may counsel you and prescribe pre-natal vitamins. Do see your doctor at your earliest. Wish you good health and a healthy baby.
