Start with dentist : Start with your regular dentist who would be able to treat and advise if an oral surgeon is needed.

Wisdom teeth: You will have to be examined and imaged to determine the status of your wisdom teeth, but it sounds like they should have been removed years ago. Pain indicates a serious problem. Although some General Dentists treat wisdom teeth occasionally, specialist Oral Surgeons are wisdom tooth experts.
