Had a lower left impacted wisdom tooth removed approx 2 months ago. now left side of tongue and lower left gum line is tingly and a slight burning sensation. unable to go back to dentist. part of tooth remained behind. feels like nerves were damaged.

See Oral Sugeon: What you feel may or may not be related to removal of wisdom tooth. Could be bone fragment, tooth fragment of something else. It needs to be seen to be evaluated. What you describe warrants a consultation with an Oral Surgeon asap. If you can't go back to the same dentist, seek out another Oral Surgeon in your area. Don't just wait!
