Im following a keto diet now to lose as much weight before pregnancy, but i wont be able to do the full 125 pds recommended prior to pregnancy. what would you suggest for a heavy woman during pregnancy to stay fit and not gain too much weight. ?

Exercise, : and calorie control, at max, a pregnancy needs only 300 calories extra a day to allow good growth of the fetus. If a person is overweight prior to the pregnancy limiting weight gain is also appropriate, with your doctor's help and advice.
