Fit pregnancy.: Now that you're pregnant, this is not the time to begin any intensive exercise program. Light activity, such as brisk walking, would be fine. As well, a healthy pregnancy only requires an additional 300-500 calories daily, so take stock of your nutrition plan and don't overdo it with extra calories. Focus on lean proteins and complex carbohydrates. And prenatal vitamins.
