I got strep on 2-27-2020 it came back positive critical abnormal result. i got it last week - 12 days total. i have been in and out of the er with abdominal pain and troubles breathing and increased heart rate. now have hallucinations. thoughts?

Concerning: With critical information missing, such as treatment or not for strep, what type of meds used, previous medical history and so on, hallucinations are of concern for encephalopathy that may or may not be related to recent strep. If related, sepsis or encephalitis that are life threatening, would be of concern. Regardless, inpatient management will be recommended.
