Other than heart pathology, shortness of breath with exertion can be due to simple poor conditioning, lung disorders, anemia. The shortness of breath from anxiety is usually noted at rest but not so much with exertion. Is the abdominal fullness associated with bloating from gas buildup? Do you force yourself to belch which makes more gas formartion? Consider stress management therapy for anxiety

If you mean shortness of breath with exertion, you should be evaluated by your doctor. If you have a reason to be anxious, this could be a possible cause, but I would discuss this with your doctor. "Abdominal fullness" after getting up is of unclear origin.
