Left side pain in chest and shoulder radiating to back. intermittent with no clear cause but worse upon movement. arm feels very heavy and tired. heart rate is regular. pain is not effected by breathing. last 2 fingers tingling. what is it?

The source may: be YOUR NECK at the C6-C7 level where a nerve may be pinched ...this is called RADICULOPATHY ..and your PCP may , after a hands on exam, wish to order a cervical (neck) MRI'
