Lymph nodes: With enlarged lymph nodes for prolonged time with no significant change after a trial of antihistamines, best would be to review the continuous use of antihistamine based also on your other symptoms and establish the right timing for a surveillance exam.

Watch and wait: You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
