Just see someone: Almost any competent physician can do an initial evaluation of cervical lymph nodes. You just need someone to examine you and likely order a CAT scan for objective imaging. As a general surgeon, I see patients with this complaint frequently. An ENT physician is likely the best choice if they are available.

Lymphadenitis: There are any causes of enlarged nodes in neck,primary function of lymph nodes is in simple terms to trap germs to help fight infections,all depends on how long the nodes have been enlarged,and is there any associated symptoms,but better to have them checked,either ent or pcp would be able to help evaluate prior to treatment
