Recurrence: It is possibly a recurrence but hopefully it is a local unrelated issue.

Most likely benign: Pediatric cancer survivors still get the same infections (ie. Viruses, bacteria) that all children get. These infections can be associated with enlarged lymph nodes. Nevertheless, it is still important to be evaluated for possible recurrence of the lymphoma. The pcp did the right thing.
